Twist has its own Confidential Contact Person (CCP). You can always approach the CCP if you are dealing with confidential issues such as bullying, sexual intimidation, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or other forms of unwanted behaviour. All members and trainers of Twist are welcome to contact the CCP using the contact details provided on this page.

The CCP is not trained to solve or investigate issues directly. However, they can offer a listening ear, help you talk through a situation, and, if needed provide advice or refer you to the appropriate support or organisation.

All communication with the CCP will be treated confidentially. Reaching out will not lead to immediate consequences (excluding very exceptional circumstances). If any further steps are considered, these will always be discussed with you first.
