So a little throwback to last week ☀️🌡when our members got to join our first gymnastics training of the year again!

TWIST TOURNAMENT! 🤸🏼‍♀️

During the entire month of March Twist members were challenged to do all kinds of fun sports/gymnastics activities. Points could be gained for each completed challenge and videos were shared between the participants. This caused a fierce competition and motivated the Twist members to do more sports activities!

During this ongoing corona pandemic it gets difficult to train or find motivation to work out. By doing these kind of challenges we got many people involved and motivated to work out. We can get through this together! (even though we are at a distance) 💪🏻♥️🖤
